The survey will be based on a visual appraisal from ground level, it is possible that aerial inspection and or other internal structural analysis of specific faults could be recommended, and this would be defined in the report.
Any ecological assessments of specific trees may be required to ascertain whether protected species (e.g. Birds, Bats and invertebrates etc) may be affected.
It is anticipated that both short term recommendations and a long-term 3 to 5 year management strategy would be appropriate, and if the survey is to be incorporated in any restoration or planting programs this detail will be crucial.
